Great hotel in Hollywood. As the name says, it has a "classic", historic look, but also feels modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant/bar looked nice and the cafe on the corner was a good stop for a coffee and quick breakfast. Is a short walk from Paramount Studios which made it easy to do the tour without paying for parking. Would stay here again.

The front desk lady was lovely. As the name indicates, it's a historic hotel, therefore older. They did a good job brining it up to meet modern outlet needs. The in-room, refrigerator, A/C and air purifiers were great additions. The elevator is compact but up to the job.

A hidden gem. Wonderful staff, good location. Parking convenient. Staying in a piece of Hollywood history within view of the Hollywood sign! The Sweet Corner for coffee and breakfast or snack is a treat!
