Check in was easy . We got in at 10 pm so late . The staff are all very helpful and some speak English. They had a nice breakfast in the morning with omelettes made to order. The location is great and centrally located , easy walking to main areas of Cusco .

Great location, dated interior, friendly staff
The hotel is pretty on the outside , looks somewhat like a Swiss chalet. The concierge area is rather dated . Staff are friendly and helpful. We were given room 603 which had a double bed and access to the terrace which was the nicest thing about the room. Furnishings are dated. Looks like something out of the 70'es. The light switch above the bed had wires sticking out of the wall. Bathroom was rather awkward as had a window into a communal courtyard which is nice but could use the toilet with the window open. The communal courtyard is nice but people tended to congregate there at night which made it rather noise as it was also an echo problem with noise. Breakfast was average- the juices are good, spread of meat and cheese(singular items) . There was a chef making omelets etc. Deco in the dining was rather rustic i.e dated. We were given complimentary drinks- pisco sour are excellent and the female bartender is excellent and very friendly. The best thing is how close it is to Plaza De Armas and easy for tour pick up and drop off. In all an average stay.

This hotel was in a great and safe location, walking distance to the main square and many other great sites and locations. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with a nice balcony, and the hotel has a great continental breakfast.

Super location for the tourist to enjoy Cusco
Cusco is a very old city, including the hotels. The hotel staff were all fantastic. At the conclusion of my stay, several stepped outside to assist me with a taxi and to bid me farewell, wishing me good travels and inviting me back for another visit. Yes, the bed was hard and the feathers leaked out from the coverlet, but the room was clean, the included breakfast hardy with good variety, and the coffee delicious. What more do you want or need when you are staying in and next to architectural dating to the 14-1500's.

Pintoresco, céntrico, agradable, puede mejorar.
La atención en counter muy buena, atentos, amables, muy agradables. Tuvieron la gentileza y el detalle de prepararnos un desayuno para llevar al aeropuerto, ya que salíamos muy temprano y el desayuno se sirve desde las 6am y no alcanzamos. Llamaron un taxi para el aeropuerto, puntualmente, y nos avisaron a la habitación de su llegada. La habitacion es comoda, buen colchón, buenas almohadas, colcha liviana y abrigadora sintética, pero le falta modernidad. La iluminación es deficiente, muchos puntos de luz, pero ninguno eficiente. El closet es abierto, y le faltaban perchas. El aparador con cajones le quita muchísimo espacio a la habitación. Contiene la TV que es enorme y con puertas, lo cual no es para nada práctico. El baño olía muy mal porque tiene un sistema de ventilación por estractor, probablemente conectado a baños de otras habitaciones. El televisor era RTC sumamente antiguo, con cable analogico, cuando el resto de hoteles tiene pantallas LED con cable satelital. El WiFi nunca funcionó, ni si quiera conectaba.

You can do better, stay elsewhere.
The hotel closes its doors at 10:30 PM and you have to ring a bell to get in. We were not told about it during check-in. So we were surprised to see the door closed at 11:30 PM. We rang the bell multiple times but no one appeared. So we thought of calling the hotel number. Someone luckily picked up and said he would open the door. It required another call to have the door finally opened. Secondly, the hot water did not work properly. It was going cold in between showers.

Cute old hotel with lots of character
Very old and authentic! Lots of room. Decent shower. Great breakfast. We had an unplanned very late arrival and they were very Accomidating. Kept our luggage for a day when we went to Machu Pichu for now charge and had it in our room when we retuned.

Unfriendly staff, old room and great location
Great location close to plaza de armas. However staff is not friendly and room felt old although clean. We stayed at Casa Andina Classic across the street before going to Machu Picchu and we loved it. Staff was friendly, room was spacious and modern. Casa Andina Classic felt like a much newer hotel and staff was amazing.

Buena opción en Cusco
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la zona es perfecta. La decoración del hotel no es muy bonita, pero el hotel es bastante cómodo. El desayuno buffet no es gran cosa, pero cuenta con lo necesario para empezar bien el día. En relación precio/experiencia, me parece que está un poco sobrevaluado, pero la ubicación lo compensa.
