It was our perfect choice for for the last night in Rome as we needed quick and easy access to Rome's Termini Station. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. Good start to a vacation in Italy.
Thoroughly enjoyed the first night of a two week stay in Italy. It was very convenient to Roma Termini (which makes it convenient to the express train to Rome airport) and the Metro. Staff was friendly and r a bag drop offaccomodating. The only challenge was the need to make an appointment for bag drop prior to check-in with the uncertainty of arrival of our trans-Atlantic flight.

Oh, this place rocks. Super clean,. fantastic amenities (free water,.free coffee, community kitchen (clean) and really really easy train station access (5 min). Not the fault of the property, but the night we stayed there, the city workers in Rome began cutting and jackhammering the sidewalk below at about 1:00 AM. This went on for about 1 hour. I couldn't make this up it was almost funny.

Convenient for a 1 night stay close to Termini. Literally across the street from train station. Neighborhood around the station as usual not very upscale, no good restaurants for dinner. Convenience trumped all that for us, since we had a lot of luggage. Leonardo express leaves from Termini for the airport.

This is a great bed and breakfast inn. Very cute and colorful with a bit of Bohemia thrown in as well. The owners were fabulous and beyond accommodating … especially for just a one night stay. The location is amazing since it is across the street from Termini so close to everything literally! It will be our go to lodging for Rome going forward.

This property is a gem near Termini which is a shady area, but this is just across the street from station and feel very safe. Staff is very friendly. We received email asking to confirm arrival time, and there is call button outside the building to call once you arrive and they opened the door for us. We had the Blue room. A lot of thought and effort went into decorating the room, very unique and artistic and very clean. Kitchen has snacks/breakfast and open 24 hours, with coffee machine and water dispenser. Laundry service is also available with 5 Euros charge. Loved this place and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
We did a quick stop for one day in Rome and the location was just perfect (next to the train station), it was super easy to arrive from and to airports. The service was perfect and the kitchen with the basics for a quick breakfast. If you plan to move around Rome in bus and metro, this is a perfect location. Staff is very kind and willing to help. It has a print station and a PC for free to use!
