Housekeeping

The room and hotel was spotless and actually smelled like cleaner. The only complaint I have is that when I called the front desk to inquire about a blow dryer, I was advised by a young women that the hotel didn’t have any.

New hotel. Can tell it went up fast and cheap. Room was clean, with newer amenities. No consideration from guests as you could hear microwave doors slamming shut from all around you, toilets flushing, cabinet doors shutting as the walls are paper thin. Not really a free breakfast, more like free coffee.

Awesome Service

The staff were very pleasant especially Ms. Ra. She checked me in and knew that I had a long day. She knew I just wanted to get some rest right away. I loved how she had a caring heart to just let me do that. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I will stay there again when I return to Tampa.

Okay overall but wont be staying again

It was clean ,but the mattress had some plastic underneath the sheet. So it made crunching sound all night long. A little annoying, also there was really no breakfast, had some granola bar and a muffin from a box,they even didn't have half and half. Also there was a party on the parking lot with the music blasting. Annoying

Worst Stay Ever!

The service here was awful. The front desk clerk put me in a room that was already occupied. Staff members arguing and then they quit & deactivated all rooms. There were no staff on the premises & there was no way to contact anyone not even through Hotels.com. We were stuck without our belongings and nowhere to go. It was a mess. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at an Extended Stay America Suites!!!! I don't care what state it's in. BAD BUSINESS

Couldn't even check in on time because the rooms were not even ready at 4pm. The. Breakfast they offered was grits no bowls no juice just coffee cups to put them in. They need to get it together best part of the hotel was the gas station next door to get coffee and stuff cause the hotel had NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING

Clean but not worth it

Although the hotel was very clean, there was a horrible smell as soon as I entered our room. Kind of like stale urine, weed, and cleaning supplies. My son and I could smell it immediately when we walked in and all throughout the night. On top of that the walls and floors are super thin. I could hear the people talking next to us and the people above us woke me up at 4:15am and I could hear them walking around, scraping chairs, and who knows what else. This went on until I heard them leave at 515am. Then the refrigerator was making a noise almost the whole time. Ih, and there are no curtains, only blinds, so the sun was shining through bright and early.

The cleanest worst hotel

Was not a good experience. Overbooked, and given a much smaller room. Waited for 20 minutes to check in because they had multiple people that were also having problems with their stay. The 2 women at the front were talking back and forth, complaining about everything. The hotel it self was very clean, almost like they had just recently opened and were not prepared. The Queen room we were given was clean, but very small. The worst part was the bed was wrapped in a plastic protective cover. Every time one of us moved the noise was awful. Breakfast was non-existant. There was 4 packages of instant oatmeal, coffee with powdered creamer. When I asked if there was anything else, they said that is all we have we are still waiting for our order to come in.
