When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that a room wasn’t available for me and that I hadn’t paid. I already paid online for the reservation. It was late at night and I was terrified being in a foreign country without accommodation. I was frantically looking for another hotel who would take me since I was desperate. Eventually they told me that there was a room available for me and I had to pay on my card.

Bem localizado, ótimo atendimento e estacionamento, excelente café da manhã. Locais próximos pra jantar, é possível ir andando. Próximo do aeroporto de Guarulhos, uns 15 minutos. A porta estava descascando, a pressão do chuveiro um pouco abaixo do que eu esperava.

A estadia foi ok, quarto bem limpo, cama confortável, recepção excelente e rápida. Porém o quarto era bem pequeno, mal cabiam o berço e nossas bagagens, chuveiro não esquentava direito. Mas para apenas uma noite estava bom.

Excelente para quem precisa de pernoite para voo em Guarulhos. Recepção/serviço ágil, café da manhã iniciando às 05h. Ponto negativo, o transfer até GRU é pago e custa R$10. Quase valor de um transporte por aplicativo se estiver em 2 ou 3 pessoas. Quarto reformado, cama confortável e ar condicionado funcionando. Banheiro um pouco gasto. No mais, recomendo.
