Very nice hotel and friendly staff who were very accommodating. The pool is incredible - you have to reserve in advance and the times did not seem so flexible (only one hour in the mornings), but this could have been because we were a family of four. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant at dinner had very nice food - could maybe use a bit more variety on the menu (eg no pasta dishes was a bit of a surprise). On the whole, very nice place for relaxation!

I spent in Villa Itra four days with my family for holidays reason. I found the hotel very nice, the room was very big and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and plentiful . I found the ratio cost/result for the hotel a little too high.

The room was dirty so was the surrounding areas. The bed was comfortable. The hotel needs a refresh of paint on the walls and a few repair as many things were broken or really old. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel that Expedia should advertised as such but rather a 2-3 stars.

They have problem with AC big problem.My room was with out Ac they try change 3 times finally they give us 2 rooms separate but still was really warm and Ac make very loud noise. 2 star rating at best. Outdated!
This hotel is outdated and overpriced without providing the basic amenities. We checked in around 8pm to a junior suit for 4 people. Once checked in realized, they have no tea and coffee facilities in room nor a iron. The hotel staff confirmed the basics are not included in the expensive apartment. I was shocked that they do not even provide glasses for drinks unless you request from the bar. If you need clothes ironed, you need to drag your clothes to reception and wait 30mins until they set up a room with a ancient iron to use. The hairdryer within the bathrooms was from the 60's, plastic non usable handheld hoover looking pipes.

Scelta per un pranzo veloce molto semplice, il phone della mamma a camera non funzionava ma hanno provedutto subito con una alternativo. La Spa ha degli orari e prenotazione ma il prezzo per ch alloggia non mi é sembrato diverso da chi viene solo per la spa. La colazione non ha una scelta di fruta fresca. Il postino é carino, comodo ampio. Camera ampia con terrazzo.

Hotellet och läget var bra och rent. Vi bokade hotellet med frukostbuffé. Vi checkade ut tidigt på morgonen och bad om att få ett frukostpaket som vi kunde hämta, eller att få beställa själva på grund av diabetes, vilket gör att vanliga söta frukostar inte passar. I receptionen fick vi ett ja, men ett otrevligt nej i restaurangen. Vi fick bara en liten äppelpaj och fruktjuice, vilket tvingade oss att slänga bort frukosten. Rekommenderar ej.

Dejlige to nætter med lækker morgenmad.
Familietur med 2 overnatninger. Suite, 2 etager, en balkon og en terrasse. Meget behagelige senge, virkeligt godt. Morgenmaden var meget dejligt. Balkon med udsigt til have. Terrasse med meget høje mure hele vejen rundt, ingen udsigt, nyttesløst. Parkeringsmuligheder umulige da hotellet samtidig har konferencer. Der burde være parkering til hotellets overnattende gæster. Det er et held hvis man finder en parkering om dagen. Om aftenen intet problem.

L’albergo si trova in località per poter raggiungere Aci Trezza,ACI Castello e Catania. Una bella struttura anche se si vede che è un po’ datata.ottima colazione con dolce e salato.Personale molto attento alle esigenze della clientela. Consigliato.
