It's a fine suite in a good location, but it comes with significant risk. When I tried to gain access to the room, staff did not reply for *TWENTY HOURS.*
There is no front desk here, and this listing does not specify that you will be contacted via WhatsApp, which I do not use. I *only* discovered this because I arrived at the same time as other travellers who were aware of it, and had received their entry information. This Expedia listing is not monitored and will not respond to messages.
I then received no reply for *TWENTY HOURS* to attempts to communicate with staff and get access to my room.
In fairness, I had missed an email requiring that I "check in" 48 hours in advance of my arrival, but this seems simply unacceptable regardless of the hoops i didn't jump through.
Ultimately I not only booked another hotel for that night, but got spooked enough by the radio silence that I booked another room for the remainder of my stay, just to be sure I had a room.
So the lack of responsiveness of the managers of this property in the end cost me about $600. My planning was so wrecked that I ultimately only spent one night in this suite. As compensation, I was offered free cleaning.
All that said, it is genuinely a nice space, and the location is fantastic. Maybe this was just a one-time mix-up by management, but it severely impacted me, and I can't say I felt entirely fairly treated in the end.
