I always stay at the Towers because of the beautiful views they offer. This time they gave us a room that, despite being on the 47th floor, had a window overlooking another tower. At night, even with the blinds closed, it would be bright early in the morning. The bedroom door doesn't lock. The shower is inside the bathtub. The breakfast is expensive and bad. At 5:30 PM, when I asked where I could get coffee in the hotel, the staff sent me to the Starbucks on the corner. The hotel doesn't even have an espresso machine in the rooms. The minibar doesn't hold anything other than the products they want to sell. They just want to make money, not please the guest. It's a shame and far from a 5-star hotel.
