I called to request an Amerula at 20:00 and indicated I may want another in an hour. She rudely told me she could serve it now, because she wasn't going to come back down later. Lastly, on the day we were checking out we had a long drive, we wanted to enjoy breakfast then relax in the room for an hour until check out time at 10AM. Instead we had our beds stripped at 8AM while we ate, the AC was turned off and she took the remote so we could not turn it back on. Our things were still in the room!
