Warm welcome with cuddles from CK (owners dog) on arrival. Room wonderful odd creek but the age of the building you expect that. Breakfast was wonderful cooked to order and a choice of milk for tea and coffee plus a range of teas.

Amazing staff, nice building, great breakfast. Play area for small children, lounge for grown ups, on-site dog! Close to beach and sights. Only negative is that parking is tricky with a big car, you'll have to squeeze through a 2 x 3 m opening to get into the car park
