Beats a Chain Hotel
A really interesting place that has an exciting surprise at every turn. Room was done up in a Oklahoma cowboy theme. We had great fun staying here. There's an awesome Thai restaurant across the street.

Very Cool Stay
Very friendly and personable folk here. Bartender at Toast was informative on the history and shared really nifty info. Front desk was very sweet and helpful. Art deco vintage vibe - really cool place to stay. Comfy & clean & decent night’s sleep. Will definitely be back the next time a Tulsa trip is needed!

The hotel is clean, but obviously old and kind of like a historic building. I didn't like the location of it, and I heard all the traffic and noise from the road and hallways because the doors do not go all the way to the floor. It was fine for one night, but I would not stay there again for the price I paid for it.

Average hotel in a historical neighborhood.
This is an old building with some outdated features. I could hear each word said in the adjacent room the walls are thin. Supposedly its a nonsmoking hotel, but some customers were smoking. Historic route 66 has some interesting (read good) features but if one is put off by vape shops and tattoo parlors then I would choose not to stay here.

Love this hotel
I look for "non" chain properties that have a charm or story to tell. I've been staying at the Campbell the past two years when I go on trips. I love the ambiance of the space, the location and it's history. It is not all bright and new , but it is comfortable with a great past.

Can hear everything
Very unique hotel. Comfortable beds. Old hardwood floors creak loudly and you can hear other guests having fun at night. Road noise is also very loud inside the room.

Would stay again
Bed was comfortable. A very cool old building. We have stayed twice in the last 2 years and would stay again. The only complaint was that the floor in our room was a little dirty.

Amazing Experience
This place was absolutely amazing find. Such history behind it. They were to help me book a suite that had a jetted tub. The room itself was amazing with the Garden theme decor.
