Nice hotel, well located, friendly staff. The shower over the corner bath was a poor design - kept moving upwards with the force of the water, flooding the bathroom. Hard to have a proper shower, as had to hold the wand with one hand and shower with the other. First world problem!

Perfect stay
Our stay was great. Room was spacious, with very little road noise. Location was perfect; easy walk to a lot of attractions. Lovely staff. Roof top pool was perfect to relax in, with awesome views. Great buffet breakfast, and so was the high tea. Highly recommend.

All the staff at Paradise Saigon is so friendly and helpful! If I could give more stars I would. Dinning at the hotel was phenomenal every dish we tried was made to order fresh & delicious. We used laundry service during our stay the whole process was very professional, convenient and reasonable. Location of the hotel is amazing everything is within walking distance.

Property is quite noisy. Insularion between rooms seems inadequaye. Also, Sky Bar blasts music until 11 pm, with strong base noise going through the building. Breakfast was nice, though staff os somewhat slow in teacting, has to be prompted to refill. Very well positioned. Also, meters away from bus 152, which takes you to/from airport for AUD 50 cents each way.

From the web site, the pool looked great and that was the reason I booked this hotel is the pool for the kids. When I checked in, they said the pool is only for 16 and above, there was no info from the website stated that. Secondly, the 5th floor where our rooms, there was a construction in the the hallway that has quite a bit of noise and dust since they were working from the ceiling, cutting off the sheetrock and repair something. Overall, it's ok. I am not recommended if you have kids and looking for pool.

Alright stay.
Little disappointed based off the hotels photos. Our original room was on the second floor across from the elevator which a bell dinged every time it stopped. The room was also not at all sound proof. We paid to upgrade to a higher room. Was a little better. The rooms are dated, smelt dusty but clean. The pool was small and the outdoor bar area didn’t have any shade. The location was great and the staff were wonderful. Simple and nice buffet breakfast. We stayed in a few hotels across Vietnam that were a lot cheaper but better quality.

The good - The staff was friendly especially the doorman/bellhop. Always greeted with a warm hello and smile. The hotel was clean The bad - the breakfast was not fresh wilted and over ripe fruits and vegetables. I think the sausage they put out was leftover from the day before. And the food was cold that was supposed to be hot. The ugly- we were supposed to be given a room with a shower AND bath our shower head was missing. We reported it immediately and they sent someone up. Who tried to tell us to use the bath spray nozzle. Which is NOT a shower. We requested another room. They said they did not have one available, but would check again the next day. 3 nights they never gave us another room. Making cleaning very inconvenient. Would I Recommend? No not really and heading back to Ho Chi Minh City in a few days. I booked elsewhere.
