Hotel rooms were very nice and new, with enough space. Beds should be looked at for newer and softer mattresses. Wifi: had to log in every time phone went out, response was that this was the way it worked and that it was a pain. Breakfast was unfortunately not up to standards with any other hotel we stayed in. Food&fruit were out of date and smelled, toast already made(??), no eggs or anything available or crew to monitor. Coffee was hot water and bags, not the real coffee, most times water had run out. Tables not cleaned, staff was friendly but limited in their capabilities to assist. In the early morning we couldn't leave premises as no staff, finally after a while, he came and gate was opened. We wouldn't stay there again, but only for location. Also, they charged 35 soles for taxi when another staff member told us 22 soles max, to airport( which is what we paid on our return to Lima airport).
