Excellent location, highly recommend for general walkability, stores and restaurants on the street behind the hotel (Shirley and Yaya) as well as on the main avenue (Joaquin's) and very nice breakfasts and housekeeping. Very good value and well worth it to get the beach view rooms.

Thank God I was at Arena Leme Hotel!
My stay at Arena Leme Hotel was amazing. I wish they had little things that people may forget to travel with, like an iron, but other than that, the hotel staff was great. Especially the front desk staff (Elizabeth). She was the best. I had so many problems with my bank and phone service, but she made me comfortable and worked with me until it was resolved. I would definitely stay there again

Unwanted downgrade
I added this one night stay after a few day stay with our tour company. The tour company booked us the cheapest room with two twins and a view of a building. I asked for a triple with oceanfront view on the last day booked separately. I received a twin room with oceanview and was not refunded the difference.
