All in all it was a great stay, except for the following things:
1. Internet did not work. Informed the front desk, they told me to use the Wi-Fi from another condo…that didn’t work either. Front desk stated they would have someone look at it. No one ever came in the 2 following days.
2. Cable only had local channels. Not a big deal if internet would have been working, but having young children and having no tv or no streaming made for some interesting down time.
3. No AC. Was shocked to see there was no central air.
4. The primary bedroom king bed had to be the worst bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. The first 2 nights I felt like the bed was intentionally trying to hurt me. By the 3rd night I just got used to the abuse. I know comfort is subjective, but having travelled a lot in the last 2 decades, including remote travel to the Middle East and Asia…I have slept on cots that offered better comfort and support than the bed in the condo.
With that being said, the staff was friendly. The check in was smooth, and the transportation in snowmass village was fantastic. I would most definitely stay there again and cross my fingers that the mattresses are better in a different condo.
