The personal of this hotel is really unfriendly. The checking process is cahotic and they do not make you feel welcome.

Good staff. The amenities were poor. The "gym" consisted of a stationary bike. That was it. The carpet in the hallways was stained. The security camera in the elevator was broken. It was repaired and is held in place by duct tape. The glass fire door in the hallway was broken. The broken glass is held in place by crime scene tape. The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were very poor. Imagine a sack with four feathers in it. As soon as your head hits the pillow, the cushioning moves out of the way and your head is lying on the mattress. The air conditioning worked well, however, and the room was clean. Overall, not worth the price of the stay.

anlände sent efter en lång resa från italien och möttes av en trevlig med ickeengrelsktalande receptionist. Men det mesta löste sig ändå. Bra hotellrum, sköna sängar, mkt bra frukost, vackra omgivningar. Hade jag vetat att i Potsdam ligger det en FANTASTISKT stort slott/paradis bara ett stenkst bort. Kommer tillbaka och skall då bo här igen.

Wir waren das erste mal in diesem Hotel und waren überrascht. Da es so negative Kritiken bekommen hat. Das Hotel ist sauber. Wir sind freundlich begrüßt worden. Das Zimner 328 groß und super auber. Das Frühstück ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel echt gut. Wir hatten alles was man sich zum Frühstück wünscht. Eine Bushaltestelle hält direkt an Hotel und auch ein Bahnhof ist 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Hundebesitzer ist das Hotel optimal. Viel Wald vor der Hoteltüre. Eine Tierklinik und Hunde kosteten 10 Euro. Für 8 Euro pro Nacht kann man am Hotel parken ,eine Tiefgarage gibt es auch. Das Schoss Sanssouci ist direkt um die Ecken. Es gibt aber leider auch 2-3 Kritikpunkt Auf Zimmer 328 ist das Bett auf der falschen seite. Wenn man Fernse schauen möchte muss man sich auf die seite lesen, wird nach eineger Zeit anstrengend. Es gibt auch nur einen kleinen Fernseher. Im Bad hat mir eine Ablagefläche gefehlt. Wir mussten alles auf dem Waschbecken stelken. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiter Empfehlen.

Leider gibt es nicht wie angegeben einen Fitnessraum. Ein einfaches Fahrradergometer kann man nicht Fitnessraum nennen. Bitte das in der Hotelbeschreibung ändern. Ich buche Hotels mit Fitnessmöglichkeit. Sonst war alles gut.
