Flew in for a show
The hotel was great. Room and facility was very clean and well appointed. The restaurant and bar were very convenient and was comparable to other restaurants in the area. All of the staff we encountered were very nice, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had. We flew in from out of state for a show and really enjoyed our stay. We’d stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The room however was in need of repair and a refresh. From the toilet seat falling off to the shower flooding the bathroom floor to the dirty iron that stained our cloths I think it's time to spend some money and remodels the room or at least do some repairs.

Needs updates
Hotel needs updates such as the room was bland along with the carpet. There’s a mini bar fridge with nothing in it. Would prefer actual mini fridge. The bed and pillows were the worst. Restaurant had good food but in general downtown seemed a bit dead on a weekday night and the restaurant was no exception.

Staff were all amazing ,professional and courteous. Great Nespresso machine in both our rooms but we had to use tap water since there was no bottled water in our rooms as we had been informed. Everything was sparkling clean.Plenty of real glasses and coffee mugs stocked in the rooms.No plastic to recycle or put in the trash. Very eco friendly on that end. The common area restrooms could use a little repair/paint.If you have some time the museum had some really nice art pieces.
