During my stay at Royal Tulip Navi Mumbai, it felt like this hotel wasn't able to anticipate my needs. There was no in-room dining menu available inside my room, so I hit the "in room dining" button on phone to request one. No one answered the phone, so I had to call front desk to request the menu. After I got the menu card and picked what I wanted to eat, I again pressed the "in room dining" button on the phone, but no one answered. I had to again go through the Front Desk to initiate the process of requesting food. The food was delicious, but this hotel really made me work for it! On the last day of my stay, my room key stopped working. After some troubleshooting by hotel staff, it was determined that there was a problem with the system on door itself (which would require maintenance), so a new key wasn't going to do the trick. In other words, my stay was anything but trouble free. I would consider trying a different hotel when I visit Navi Mumbai in future.
