Couldn't wait to leave
The main issue was the bathroom which smelt so bad we didn't spend anymore time in there than was necessary because it was almost unbearable. We complained about it and the staff just put more perfumed chemical balls near the drains which just made it smell like a strong mixture of unpleasant chemicals and old drains.
The breakfast and room service food were both terrible, it was extremely basic and bad quality.
The pool did not look hygienic and was didn't have a proper cleaning system, only a chlorine tablet which is not good enough for a pool of that size. We used it briefly and did not enjoy it.
There were loud neighbours and the mosquito netting around the bed was filthy. The hotel bar was always empty, there was sometimes noise from construction work being carried out in other rooms and the place had quite a sad feeling to it.
We chose this as our stay for the last few days on a long trip and spent a bit more than we would normally to have a bit of luxury before heading home. We couldn't wait to leave almost straight away. It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and the price cannot be justified at all.
I hope this message will reach someone in charge there and they will be motivated to improve the hotel.
