Must improve in many aspects
Unfortunately, it is the worst hotel I stayed in on this trip. Cleanliness and customer service should be improved.
On the night of December 30, 2023, another guest opened the door to my room, apparently they did not know that it was already occupied and they gave him a key (there is no extra lock on the door). I was very scared because I am a solo traveler and something like this had never happened to me. I went down to reception to see what was happening, but they only asked me questions and made me wait there, it was a very awkward moment. They finally found my check-in form and noticed that there was a mistake by one of their receptionists when I checked in. They apologized and let me go back to the room.
I slept poorly the following nights because I didn't feel safe.
When I checked out, the receptionist did not understand why I had left a deposit, it seemed very strange to me because it is a requirement of this hotel. She finally understood that my deposit was in cash and found the envelope where they had kept it.
I think some of their receptionists lack training.
You can find a hotel with better customer service for the same price.
The highlight of the hotel is its location.
