Fabulous staff, particularly on the front desk. So welcoming and helpful. Lovely room, breakfast etc. Shame about so many sun beds having towels saving them but not being used all day. The first day no 3 sunbeds together anywhere and I had to sit on a towel… not great considering how much we paid. Also would be nice to have pool service where you can order and pay for drinks from sunbed (however lazy that sounds!). Just seemed like lots of staff everywhere except for pool area.

We enjoyed our stay at SAii Laguna for 7 nights All staff are amazing, welcome us all the time Breakfast was nice and due to resort reservations we had free afternoon tea which was really good Thank to all staff and everyone made our stay fabulous Overall the service and staff were excellent Will come again next year

Beautiful hotel for relaxing beach vacation
Had a great and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel! Service was friendly and efficient. Enjoyed many hotel acitivities such as learning to windsurf, basics of Thai massage and using the new spa. Site does have some construction and building noise can be heard during the day in some areas. Other than that, stay was perfect!

I loved the daily fitness classes like yoga and boxing. This was my second time at Saii and I've enjoyed the location as it's near 2 great grocery stores and loads of restaurants. The property itself is beautiful with wonderful service. There is also a boat that will take you to adjacent hotels.

Property is beautiful room is clean and every detail is carefully designed. Food is good too. Nothings extraordinary nothing bad My only set back mattress is very firm , had a hard time to sleep woke up with aches.
