The property was outdated in comparison to the pictures. It felt like the pictures were from 10 years ago. The air conditioning did not work well in the room. It was not strong especially given how hot and humid it can be. The breakfast was solid and comprehensive. The staff were helpful.

O Pietro Angelo sempre nos recebe muito bem, porém, desta vez, a acomodação deixou a desejar. A suite estava com o ar condicionado funcionando parcialmente e a banheira estava falhando no acionamento da hidromassagem. Em contrapartida às falhas, o hotel nos permitiu fazer o checkout às 12:00 (1h a mais), quando solicitado.

Boa, mas acho que a piscina merece uma reforma, pois no meio tem um desnível que pode gerar um acidente, e em relação ao quarto, o colchão precisa ser substituído, ja que está bastante antigo, com deformidades, que prejudicam o repouso.

Excelente o atendimento de todos da equipe, hotel limpo, camas e travesseiros muito bons, bom café da manhã, mas no nosso caso tivemos problemas de vazamento no ar condicionado, antigo por sinal e o banheiro destoa do quarto, por ser pequeno e muito simples, ao passo que o quarto tem a mobília, pisos e decoração aparentemente recém reformados.

Muito ruim. Quarto antigo, enganando aquilo que é apresentado nas fotos. O pior de tudo foi o fato do ar condicionado do quarto (311) em que eu estava, não funcionar. Dias de verão muito quentes e duas noites com calor sem o ar condicionado sem funcionar, mesmo eu reclamando na recepção pedindo para que verificassem o problema. Além de tudo isso, cobram 15 reais pelo estacionamento, sendo que em nenhum dos dias estava cheio. Desnecessário. Resumindo, quarto velho com ar condicionado sem funcionar e ainda cobram estacionamento sem oferecer o mínimo de conforto. Não vale a avaliação que tem online e muito menos o valor da diária. Experiência muito ruim!
