The hotel's location was perfect. Osmanbey metro station is just right outside the building. There's a Carrefour across the street. And a few restaurants and coffee shops around, but were unfortunately closed due to the restrictions. The location is also perfect for people who love to shop as there are many stores nearby and a mall.
The room was nice but quite small compared to the other hotels we stayed in during our Turkey trip. And the lights are a bit dark for our liking, specially in the bathroom.
We loved the breakfast, it's the same everyday but we don't get tired of it because it's really good. And the male server, the small guy, was really nice and friendly and very approachable. He checks on us from time to time and makes sure we got everything we want. Won't forget him.
Their restaurant and room service are not available though. Which is weird because we were told that restaurants in Istanbul were closed due to the restrictions and the only ones open are the hotel restaurants but are exclusive for guests only. So we were hoping we could dine in the restaurant or atleast order a room service. But we were told it's closed. We got disappointed because we stayed in 3 other hotels prior to this and they had restaurants open for guests, or atleast offer room service.
Good thing we downloaded an app where you can order food from restaurants and have it delivered in the hotel.
All in all, we still enjoyed our stay.
