The hotel has a great location being very close to the centre where the shops and restaurants are locate. The hotel beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The staff goes out of their way to make the stay pleasant. I would stay here again when I am in Jersey.

Overall a great stay. Hotel is situated in a great location. Decor in rooms are dated, but the cleanliness and the staff make up for this. Would recommend as a good base to explore the Island.

The Norfolk was in need of some updating in the rooms, but all it was clean & comfortable & not to far from the town, so walkable & it was in a quiet area. Breakfast was basic, but nice & the staff all friendly & helpful.

One of the best priced hotels in Jersey. Easy walking distance to everywhere in St Helier. Not a deluxe type of hotel, but for what you pay a very fine place to stay. Recommended.
