Dear Hotel management,
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel Comfort Inn suites in Batesville, Mississippi Rm 214 during my visit to the area. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the condition of the room I was assigned and to seek a resolution for the inconveniences I experienced.
Upon entering the room, I was disheartened to find that it did not meet the cleanliness standards one would expect from your establishment. Specifically, I noticed soiled linen on the bedding, which appeared to be vomit on the bed skirt near the headboard, and the bathroom was in a similarly unacceptable state, with hair present in the shower and around the toilet area. I had to make a trip to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies, as I was unable to rest comfortably in the room without addressing these cleanliness issues. I even took the initiative to remove the soiled linen from the bed myself, which was not an experience I anticipated when I booked my stay.
Given the circumstances, I would like to formally file a complaint regarding my experience and request
