We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, but left very disappointed this time. Our tv was not working, and we spoke to three different members of staff about this. The young Chinese man did attempt to help and came up stairs, but with now joy, the other three times they said they would send someone up but never did. Although it is not major to have a to but the fact we asked three times and it was not looked at was very disappointing. The hotel is good value and we have enjoyed our previous stayes over the years and recommend it to friends who have booked it up, but I would think twice about booking this hotel again

This is a clean, bright, lovely hotel. Very convenient for beach, great restaurants and bars. The staff were absolutely charming. My only issue was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Apart from that, great!

They messed up my reservation and I had difficulties getting a receipt for reimbursement. The room is very small and I dont think any of the rooms have a balcony. Misleading photos. I didnt have any space to open my luggage. Pros: good breakfast and friendly staff. Clean. Nice bathroom. Next to the beach.

Perfect beach location!
I loved the balcony, the firm bed, and the proximity to the beach and many restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent. I missed not having coffee service in the room and found that there were no true sound barriers, so I had to wear earplugs at night. Those issues aside, I was happy with the stay.

The room I checked in did not at all look like a photo. It was small, no drinking water, no tea, bad air conditioning. And I paid 200 euro for just one night because I decided to check out earlier since I could not bare the inhumane conditions the hotel offers to its guests.
