Its a beautiful well located hotel, sadly the lack of customer service shows everywhere, when we checked in we receive a list of DONT´S regarding the use of towels and stuff around the premises, there was no system so we couldn't use our credit card as guarantee , once we arrived in our room another sign letting us know the problem that is for the hotel to use the towels and leave makeup stains and how problematic is for them to have a good laundry service and how we. will need to pay for any damage towels. next day we were the first ones to sat down for the included breakfast and after 15 minutes the same guy that saw us walk by the front desk showed up saying he didn't notice us and brought us the menu, we got bad cold coffee , eggs with no bacon nor bread nor juice wich was showed up as included in the breakfast meals, once we got our dishes no silverware was around and we needed to wait for the front desk guy another 5 minutes or so to ask for silverware, ( later I found out the cook didn't show up to work so some other random staff members had to cook breakfast that morning ) my other friend wich later showed up for breakfast had the same experience, I requested a massage and the lady was awesome and the service was excellent but in the middle of the massage the same front desk guy knock on the door and started to ask stuff while I was laying there half naked wich was very rude, overall was a bittersweet experience and even if I love the place the service was bad.
