A Slice of Historic Mexico
Mansion Merida is like stepping into a slice of historic Mexico. The home is perfectly situated in the Centro, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The owner, Raul, whose grandfather built the historic home, was very welcoming and kind. The dining, housekeeping, and reception staff were all very helpful and professional. We will definitely look to stay here again on a future visit.

My wife and i stayed here for three nights, and it was like a dream. The hotel itself is gorgeous and located just a block from Merida's main plaza on its own little picturesque square. Service was excellent; everyone made us feel at home. I must also mention breakfast in the courtyard - one of the best dining experiences we had in a city that takes great (and well-deserved) pride in its cuisine. The huevos mansión may be the best variation of eggs benedict I've ever had.

Every thing about hotel was a first class experience. The room furnishings, the meals and especially the caring and competent staff. Couldn’t have been treated better if we were royalty. If you’re looking for a very unique stay in Mérida stay here. It is an old mansion turned into a hotel with only 16 rooms. The property is still owned by the original family. Every employee we ran into was so nice and attentive. Ivan checked us in and we felt like royalty. Raul is the owner and is very present and visits with all the guest to make sure their stay is going great. The location is amazing and walking distance to everything you would need or want. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great every night. Thank you guys for a great experience!
