Our first room had noise problems from some mechanism of the hotel or from the room itself, had a leak from the sink and the finishes of the bathtub were very, very improvable. Even so we arrived very late the first night and we no longer had the courage to change it. The next day they moved us to another room where the phone just did not work, I asked for an iron and it did not work either. The new room was smaller but the bathroom finishes were correct with the price of the hotel.
Daniel, the director, did his best to solve all the problems but I think he lacked some compensation for all the discomfort and sequences of devices that did not work. So I let him know at reception, but according to them the room was better. For me it was smaller but correct with the advertising of the hotel.
The cost - quality ratio can be improved. I mean waiting time at the reception, help with the suitcases, help on arrival with a car loaded with suitcases. With very few more services, the price would be fairer.
On the positive side, we had a transportation problem when we had to go to the airport and they provided us with an effective solution. This was the positive part of my stay.
