The hotel is in a good location, Rooms up-to-date refurbished and the Spa area a real asset after a long day. But the service dies not match the standard you are buying into. Not all the usual info provided at check-in, room phone not working, when asking for milk for the in-room coffee (after cleaning Service did not restock) it took three times before the bought it to the room, turn down service completely missed on one day... And the music beat from the Pacha Club can be heard at least on level 1 where we stayed.
All in all it is a great hotel, but lacks those little details that can get annoying.
On top, booking it directly via the hotel website would have been 10% cheaper, but hotels.com refused refunding with two lies on the phone (Spa is included with any room and every room in this hotel has Mountain view!)
