How are you supposed to know that prior to booking??? The rates are still the same! Huh, that seems fair…
We arrived at the hotel 30 mins prior to check & were allowed to check in, great.
We were given a third floor room directly across the haul from a major room renovation. There were workers hammering away, sheet rock dust clouding the hall, sheet rock crumbles in the hall, our room filled with Sheetrock dust from the sanding.
The room smelled musty, the sheets seemed dingy not well put on the bed.
Not a comfortable night sleep.
Only two towels for a reservation for 4.
I’m a Bonvoy member & I try to be loyal but this could be better.
Maybe after they finish renovating??
