My room had a lot of bugs to the point where I felt so uncomfortable that I had to cancel the rest of my stay. I was only able to stay for 2 of my 8 nights. I saw bugs of various sizes even up to the size of a finger nail crawl in and out of the walls so even when the owner offered to change rooms for me, I had lost all confidence. On top of that, we lost power from 10:30pm-4am on our second night, so we had no fan or air conditioning in our pretty damp and hot room. The toilet seat was broken and the sink faucet was leaking as well. I contacted Expedia to assist in facilitating my early checkout and was under the impression after my online chat with Expedia that they’ll handle my refund. My refund request was denied by the property and Expedia wasn’t able to help further. So there was $250 Canadian Dollars down the drain. I would strongly suggest you avoid this property for your stay. Spend a little bit more and go to a cleaner facility.
