Gem in an adorable town

Check out staff were lovely and super helpful, the location is terrific, a block from all the dining and shopping and the beach. It was quiet and the hotel is very clean, the pool area is very nice.

Outdid expectations

It was great. They were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was perfect for my family to play in. It was walking distance to restaurants and the beach but far enough away that the night life didn’t bother us. We stayed two nights and they did not come in and take the garbage or make the beds up after the first night but we asked for more towels and got them right away and if we had wanted the room made up I am sure we could have asked. I usually don’t mind hanging up a towel and reusing it but at the beach I would like fresh towels every day as standard.

The location is amazing! Just a short walk to Lauterdale by the sea beach that also has restaurants. The rooms were clean, pretty big and nice. It's band new. The rooms can be adjoined but we just stayed in 1 room but could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door.

Had a really good overall experience. The location was great. The hotel was very clean and new and the service was great. The rooms were very spacious and the parking was easy access to the hotel in the front and rear side. The only complaint I have is the noise was a little much at times and the noise of the room next door to us travelled to our room at times. Other than that, I spent almost ten days and it was a good stay.

Love, love, love Beach Glass Lauderdale by the Sea

Great just opened hotel in a super cool beach town of Lauderdale by the sea. Very clean and nice, walking distance close to everywhere you want to go. Julian was so helpful when we checked in, giving us recommendations for the local area as well as being so welcoming. The other staff were great too. Very pleasantly surprised as such a new Wyndham property not too many reviews yet.

This place is the best. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. Property is fresh and well kept. You are close to anything you need on vacation. Walgreens across st, commercial ave 1block, beach 1block, all the variety in dining options you need from grab n go to casual dining are 1block away. Water taxi and 2dollar golf cart shuttles nearby. Great for couples, families or groups as the rooms can be adjoined through doorways. Pool is heated and has cabanas and wicker pod lounging areas. Property is well lit, secured and fenced in to keep an eye on the little ones. The area is very walkable at night and safe. Stayed over new years holiday and it was very lively but not overcrowded. I will definitely stay here if i pass by again. You will not fall short chosing to stay here. Aloha

Be prepared to pay doule what you though.

Well, to start with apparently, they checked me in incorrectly. So even though I already paid for a 2 night stay, they asked me to pay again, but this time it would just be a hold. That was a lie I was charged twice. My credit card recognized it as fraud. And that card had to be canceled.So while on vacation, I didn't have a card that was able to work. I caused so many problems. Upon checking in, I was told that I would also be charged for parking my car. Which is fine, I get it. However, when all of this went down and they kept my money, I simply asked in return. Can you waive the parking fee and I was told no. All of this inconvenience and they couldn't even waive a thirty dollar fee?! It took so much effort to get my money that they shouldnt have charged me anyway i think its better you stay somewhere else

Nice new hotel in a great area

Really nice brand-new property in a cool area. We were only the third guests to stay in the room. Was disappointed to see the toilet seat had not been cleaned but I brought sanitizing wipes and did it myself. They told me at check-in the pool was heated but it didn’t feel like it at all. I mentioned it to 2 different people at the front desk but nothing was done. We were disappointed because we really were looking forward to the heated pool. The other issue we kept having was the keys consistently stopped working. They would be working when we left but by the time we came back, none would work. We constantly had to go to the front desk to have them re-programmed. Julian at the front desk was warm and welcoming and gave us recommendations for the area. Got approved for a 1:00 p.m. late checkout yet still had housekeeping knocking at 11:30 a.m. and then had the front desk calling shortly after. She had a bit of an attitude and said she didn’t see it marked down (even though Julian told us he saw it approved for us the night before). Altogether we enjoyed the stay, room was very nice and AC was nice and cold. Wish the pool had been warmer. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby in walking distance. Great little weekend getaway for the fam.
