The location of the hotel is convenient, 10 min from placa Espanya / the stop for the Soller train; easy access to the old town and nearby a street with lots of restaurants and cafes, cinema.
Staff is pleasant and helpful, although some didn't speak English that well.
Looks like the hotel has been renovated recently and the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, price is ok for the location, the rooms also have a balcony. However, cleanliness can be improved further (found a number of hairs in the bed and the bathroom, and onion peels (!?!) in wardrobe).
The residential street the hotel is located on is generally quiet but on the weekend nights there can be some drunk people outside shouting. If you are a light sleeper, better get earplugs as noise can be easily heard from the other rooms and the street.
It will be better if the hotel puts a ticketing system in place for the storred luggage, as when you leave the luggage there is no receipt to say that this is your piece of luggage (so anyone can claim to say that it is theirs).
I had the Do Not Disturb sign on all the time, however, staff still came in the room whenever I was out, to turn on the air conditioning. I didn't like that as it was not that warm weather anyway, and the DND sign should be respected at all times.
