Overall the experience at this hotel is average. Certainly not the 4 star rating it has noted. Rooms are sparsely decorated, with very little amenities. No Closet, No Full length mirror, no phone in the room. If you need to reach the front desk, you have to look it up on the web and call in - I would suggest a dedicated line for guests to reach staff, amenities such as water in the room and perhaps a mini bar option rather than just an empty fridge. Elevator was broken, no bell service or assistance offered guests to haul their luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
Staff is very quick to make your problem or request your issue rather than offering assistance. Restaurant is delicious and lots of fun and the location is lovely. It would take very little to elevate guests experience and gain retention for return visits.
