This is a well-placed hotel for families traveling north or south in north-central Mexico. The facilities are always good, the pool and grounds well maintained, and the food and restaurant service are excellent. In addition, the hotel has well watched inside parking. It is also reasonable priced.

I left my phone in a taxi & was helped by Omar at the counter. Rodolfo at the bar/restaurant was also very nice and attentive, even Juan Carlos, the parking attendant, was helpful providing words of encouragement. The ladies in the morning went through the security cameras and found the taxi number for me. Great effort by everyone!! Thank you. Much appreciated!

Es un lugar muy bonito, deberían de renovarlo, pintar, mantenimiento en general Cambiar las cobijas, viejas y quemadas con cigarro, la regadera avienta el agua para todas partes, la tv no funciona tuvo que ir mantenimiento en auxilio
