Recieved email thats stated fill out prearrival form sent to you. Non sent tried calling number on email, went to voice mail asked for them to return my call, tried 4 additional times to call in each time left message. Arrived and was told that only get one key fob for 3 people so difficult to come and go. Discovered blood on wall in king room. No cups to go with ice stoage, no coffee or condiments for coffee. They dont have hair drier. No front desk. First night when returning from town key fob wouldnt unlock door, my daughter called the number at desk they hung up on her they come and had hard time unlocking to with an attitude. I told the staff on duty i was disappointed in the wayvthings were going and she said do you want to check out. The is no daily room service which didnt affect us rather than having fresh towels. They have a shelf in lobby that has extra soap, toilet paper and shampoo but no coffee, towels and trash bags as stated in emailings. The person on duty seems to be responsible for several hotels. The beds did sleep good. Just feel like anyone staying based on a budget should know what your getting.
