Winter getaway
We arrived a day early due to a winter storm. We never left the facility the nex day dur to closers, but we didnt need to. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, and the Pub offered great food. Wonderful place. Everyone employed there made our stay very nice.

I reserved two rooms with the option to pay at counter. The staff was not able to change payments during check in. I travel for work alot and have never had this issue before. I don't know why this was such an issue. Hotel was fine for being under construction at the time of stay.

Downstairs neighbors called noise complaints 2 nights in a a row when we walked around after 10. We had 3 young children. There was no party or drinking. We could hear the people above us but never complained. This is not the staff's fault but I will definitely ask for lower level in the future.

At Check-in was told that I could not change the method of payment. I did not pre-pay for the room when booking through Hotels.com. I needed two rooms but hotel staff couldn't change the payment on the second room. I travel for work and have never ran into this before.
