Really nice modern hotel, great location across the street from bus station. Truly impressed with the cleaning procedures as the staff actually pulled the mattress while cleaning the room next to us. The bed could be a little softer but would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fabulous location; walkable and safe. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Hotel’s restaurant, Riscal, had great food and reasonable prices. The hotel lounge, Stir, offers a craft cocktail experience with expert mixologists! Would definitely recommend and return!

Excellent stay! Hotel was very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant wasn’t my favorite but didn’t have a lot there. Only downside of room was no mini frig, but I think that’s just not common in hotels in Mexico. Excellent and highly recommend!

Nice location, noisy rooms, clueless staff
We had to change rooms because our first room, although having a great view, had a horrible noise problem. It was mostly due to poor insulation. The windows in this hotel do not fully seal. Our next room had the same issue but it wasn’t facing the street so it was quieter and of course now no view. I also asked for tissues 4 times for my girlfriend who didnt feel well and they kept saying they would bring it up and never did. When I told them about this at check out they said they thought I said tshirt. I don’t really believe this though because each time I asked I made the movement for sneezing. Otherwise the hotel is nice and in a good location close to restaurants and transportation.

Place is very safe and functions well for basic hotel needs. The hotel sits on a very busy street. If you are planning to use the subway it is very conveniently located two blocks from the line 3 station. Two blocks from nice restaurants and bars of Roma. The immediate area is not charming but just a few blocks away from the very nice area of Roma.
