2/10 Poor

Ka Chun Abilius, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Apparently the room had no ventilation while window was not opening for some security and safety reason. I understand, I probably stayed at the cheapest room. But I don't understand why cleaning staff didn't replace used cups and spoons - I placed them somewhere else than where they first were so the staffs might have noticed that the stuffs were used.
6-night trip

2/10 Poor

I was put in a room with little privacy. I requested a change and they put me in a room that had a filthy carpet and stank of old socks. I did complain the next day and asked for a refund. I actually got a sore on my foot the next day. god knows what the previous occupant had.
