Great stay for a week.
The check in and subsequent support from the reception was really excellent. All of them spoke good English too. Only thing was that our room cards stopped working every day. Great room and view and balcony. Very nice breakfast as well. All there also very nice and friendly.

It was very last minute booking the apartment itself was nice, clean the decor abit dated in places lovely big sofa and adequate size kitchen. My concern was that I was not able to get the tv channels and cable tv system to work.

Promenade is a pretty hotel located in a newer office area. While there are many empty stores around the hotel and the streets within the complex are empty, it seems to be a safe area. The staff was courteous and helpful and there was an attentious life guard in the pool, making it a great option for my kids. The only two things I would make a suggestion for improvement, would be: 1. the trash can in the bathroom: a rotating lid is not the most sanitary option to deposit used toilet paper 2. Maybe putting coffe in the room for guests to use in the nice coffee pot they already have in there! Thanks for a great stay!

Não avisaram que o hotel estava em reforma. Sou alérgico, além de possuir bronquite e rinite e estavam pintando o corredor. Um aviso bastava para escolher outra hospedagem, pois no dia seguinte passei o dia todo espirrando por crise alergica.

O quarto era bastante amplo, confortavel e tinha ainda uma cozinha com geladeira e microondas. Cama confortavel, chuveiro otimo e todo o atendimento foi muito bom.

Serviço atencioso não impede a decepção
O hotel está passando por reformas e não informa isso na plataforma. O corredor de acesso aos quartos estava cheirando fortemente a cigarro, com a pintura pela metade e com buracos no teto. As duas saunas se encontram em manutenção (vide fotos) e não foi possível usar a academia visto que o ar não funcionava e fazia 40oC no dia (foto), sendo que esses foram fatores determinantes para minha escolha do hotel. As toalhas de banho são velhas e finas e o quarto apresenta diversos sinais de desgaste, como mesinhas rachadas, falta de cobertura nas tomadas e paredes manchadas de jatos de sabe-se lá qual liquido... Importante ressaltar que os funcionários da recepção foram super educados e me atenderam muito bem.

Razoavel. Informam que a cozinha funciona ate as 3h. Entrei as 1h20. Tentei fazer pedido, e fui avisada que a cozinha havia encerrado. O hotel precisa de detetizacao. Havia barata no restaurante. Um hospede que matou, apos ela passar pelo pe da sua companheira. Fomos instalados no quarto 401-A, sem que tivesse passado por supervisão. Havia um vasamento grande de agua abaixo da pia do banheiro e as toalhas estavam sujas. Fomos trocados para o 404-A e havia barata, que meu marido matou. Meu filho e sobrinha, ficaram no 404-B, que tb precisava da higienizacao ser melhorada.
