This is more of a vacation rental than a hotel room, which was great for us. We stayed a week, and no staff entered the entire time, which worked well for us. There is a parking space in the apartment car park for use. The apartment is half a block from Vic Market, and just a short walk to the free tram zone that runs in the Central Business District. It's a 10 minute walk to either Uni Melbourne or RMIT. There is a small fridge, stove, and sink in the kitchen, and there is a single-unit washer/dryer along with an iron and decent closet space. This is great if you are staying in town for more than just a couple of nights.
