I had earlier stayed in the hotel and was quite satisfied about my stay there.
This time around, it was a bad experience I shall like to forget. This can be partly attributed to the Hotel and to an extent also to Expedia.
While booking at Expedia site, in the menu it was shown that I was booking for for premium room, with view and breakfast. When I finished the booking I found no mention of breakfast in the voucher. I did not understand, but thought that it might be the policy of the hotel that they provide breakfast to all guests. But, I was wrong. I think it is a mistake in Expedia part. They showed something in menu, but provided something else.
The check-in was not easy either. The front desk lady refused to give me a hill view room. I insisted upon that and she was kind enough.
But the nightmare did not end there. The blanket, and linen had strong flavor of tobacco (pan masala),, I could not sleep at all. The House keeping staff came at morning and they were polite to change the linens, but by that time it was time to check-out.
Food was below average.
Other than this, all amenities worked nicely, location was perfect.
