This has been our “go to” hotel when visiting family in Pittsburgh for the past 8 years. Our stays have always been great, and only reason I shaved off some points for Cleanliness this time is because of the bathroom in Rm 426 - vanity mirror was very dusty around all edges, sink pipe needs to be snaked (very slow drain) and a lot of dirt on shower and main floor

Our son accidentally left his Bluetooth speaker in the room after we checked out, and the staff was kind and trustworthy enough to have it ready for us to pick up when we called about it. We loved the location because it is so close to Carnegie Mellon. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Continental breakfast, bar, pool, gym. Very clean. Everyone was very nice. Easy walk to Shadyside hospital. Did not have to leave my car for 3 days while visiting my husband in the hospital. Ease in checking in and out. Highly recommend.

Good location and value.
This is a nice hotel in a great location. It’s very convenient to shops, restaurants and a major hospital. It caters to long term stays so the rooms are well equipped. It’s also surprisingly quiet for the quiet bust area. The off street parking is expensive and there is ample on street parking nearby, especially overnight. The room rates, however, are generally very good. I would recommend it if you want a hotel in the east end of Pittsburgh.
