Upon check-in it was clear that the hotel was extremely busy, no big deal. We couldn’t find anywhere to park, staff told us to park in an area marked as a fire lane, but not to worry we wouldn’t get towed, we didn’t. Go up to our room and neither key would work, go back and get them programmed as they originally weren’t. The elevator and all of the second floor smelt like old cigarette smell. We get into the room go to turn on the tv and can’t cause there’s no batteries in the remote. No big deal it’s late, so we go to get in bed and there are several hairs that don’t belong to either of us in the bed on the fitted sheet. Totally grossed out we pull the “comforter” back to see if there is more and there is blood on it. Front desk brings up new bedding, no fitted sheet, one sheet that might as well be a rag and a bleach stained blanket. We even got to make our own bed. The heater fan sounded like it might have been going out and the shower faucets were loose in the wall. I know we will not ever stay here again and to top it off it was expensive for what we got.
