Best Western Plus far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We did use the pool and hot tub area. There were no towels available, however, the front desk quickly provided some. Breakfast was decent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice place to spend the night.
The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The pool was being cleaned the night we stayed so that was a little disappointing and the tub wasnt very comfortable. I know most people take showers so it wasnt a major thing.

Give them a chance in a few months when they care
Used to be amazing, seems like they're not keeping it up like they used to. I had to deep clean the bathroom and tub before I would let my children use it. The lady working the front desk during the day was amazing, I'm sad I didn't catch her name. The rest of the employees were either clueless, or pretending to be clueless. Any questions or concerns we were told to talk to AJ in the morning. We went to this location for the pool and hot tub, but they were closed for our entire stay, though the staff kept assuring us they would be back open in a few hours. The last night of our stay, when we returned from our explorations, we were excited to see there were people in the pool. Got ready to head down there but were told it was still closed?!? So there were several people hanging out in the closed pool??? I've often wondered how accidents happen at hotel pools, but I suppose people hanging out in a "closed pool" could lead to nothing good. Probably the last time we will try this place for awhile. Was so great, and I'm sure it could be again. I'm just glad nothing happened to the teenagers that were hanging out in the "closed" pool.
