What a lovely place to stay. I arrived early was greeted with a smile and told my room was ready. The room was bright and clean with all the amenities you need. The bathroom was modern with a nice walk in shower. Definitely a place to recommend and return to.

The swimming pool was good, and the Netflix tv worked well. It was too hot in the room and there was no air-conditioning. The windows had to be pushed to open and close. We were woken at 6 am one morning by a rat in the walls or ceiling. Room was spacious and generally okay, but over-priced for what it was.

The window in our room,needs repairing.Went to open it & it dropped down,so needs attention.3am trying to close it without being quiet,was impossible.. The outdoor pool was closed,but The Spa Pool was Fantastic.. In our other unit,someone turned the fridge off,while we were out fishing,so we returned to warm bottles of beer. Apart from that we look forward to our next stay with them.

I have stayed at the Rolleston several times, the newer units are very comfortable and more modern. The older units are suitable but could do with some love in the bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and its very quiet with minimal noise of traffic from the main road.

I appreciate the genuine hospitality and care from the staff of the motel, in particular, Elaine, who was the lady in charge. She was very warm and friendly, and very informative about everything I needed to know about the motel, during my stay. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and fresh.
