Great stay in Nancy
The Best Western Crystal Palace in Nancy was an easy walk from the train station. It was perfect for walking to shopping nearby or for heading to Stanislas Square for sightseeing or dining. The staff was great and very friendly.

Great property. Very very central. The 50minutes included in the spa a great plus. Great service. Great breakfast. Nice bar in the evening with Cuban latin music. Rooms are France small. So is the elevator. We had a great time - recharging the batteries.

Overall a good experience
The check in was complicated because the credit card machine to put a hold on the card, didn’t work. I had to go back. The room was really tiny but other than that all good. The hotel is at 3 min from the train station so its location is very strategic.

We could not stay there for three more nights so I made quick reservation on Expedia and we went right to the hotel. It was only 10 in the morning but we had not had a lot of sleep. Checkin was not til 4. Staff was very kind and let us chill in lobby and got us room by one which was incredibly appreciative. Thanks so much.
