I booked a room through hotels.com. When I arrive to the hotel, they gave me a completely different room from the one at the photo they have in internet. The try to charge me SDG 20 per night extra to give me a "deluxe" room. (The one that I booked through hotels.com) after complaining for about 35 minutes and visiting 3 other rooms, I said that I will not pay any extra, that they need to give me, what I booked or I was willing to complain with hotels.com, tripadvisor, and the local agency of tourism. Finally they expend another 20 minutes "calling the manager" and finally the manager gave me a "free upgrade" to the a "deluxe room" that was the original I booked through internet as a doble superior. I tried at the end to have a late check out, and they try to charge me SDG 75 just for 5 hours (between 1-6pm) so I moved to another hotel in the area to wait my flight at midnight. In term of the hotel is not bad if you have a deluxe room. But they wan to take advantage of the customers.
