It took a long time to be greeted even after dialing the number for service. Once greeted it was discovered that the room wasn’t ready at 4pm with check in being at 3pm. The desk clerk stated “no one wanted to clean rooms”, she had on gloves as if she had been preparing rooms. The room was clean but there was no bedspread on the bed.

No. Jokingly asked if I should find a bush and he said that he would. Told them to call when ready, after an hour I went in and it was finally ready. Out of key cards so gave me a quarter sized key fob. Restroom right inside behind check-in I could've used, floor in room was still soaking wet, light over sink was broken and sitting on the toilet. Terrible stay.
